Hello and welcome to www.hypnotherapyhm.co.uk. My name is Doreen Hoppe, a registered KG HypnoBirthing teacher and registered hypnotherapist based in London and Essex, offering a variety of professional antenatal hypnobirthing classes and hypnotherapy services. 

 

My interest in mental health well-being, emerged when I volunteered to be a Samaritan. I now help people to overcome:

    - Anxiety

    - Depression

    - Weight loss

    - Quitting smoking

 

And any other presenting issues, through hypnotherapy, in a safe and professional environment. 

 

I am here to help you overcome your issues and use the power of positive thinking to the subconscious mind to change your thoughts, behaviour and feelings.
