HOW MANY HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

On assessment, a more accurate answer can be given as this will depend on the type of issue that is being presented. At that point I am better placed to give an estimation as to how many sessions you may need.
On average this could be anything from three to eight sessions.

My Hypnobirthing course is a 12 hour course, which can be split up over 2 days or you can choose to have three 4 hour separate sessions.
